PROCEEDINGS

The vast majority of contributions to the Proceedings of Bianisotropics'97 was provided in electronic format. Those electronic files are made available here in different ways:

• dvi files.
  These require an internet browser that is configured to run a dvi application. Once available on the screen such files can be sent directly to a local printer. Please note that many dvi files make reference to separate graphics files in various formats. These graphics files are not available in this mode so any printout directly from the dvi file will not contain figures.
• postscript files.
  These files can simply be downloaded onto a local system and then copied to a printer. Please note that some postscript files with embedded graphics can be large (in excess of 1 megabyte). Such files have been zipped up using WinZip and thus need unzipping before local processing. Still, downloading may take some time.
• doc files.
  Files with .doc extension are documents in Microsoft Word Version 6.
