Alastair Craw

I am a Senior lecturer in the Department of Mathematics at the University of Glasgow. After completing my PhD at the University of Warwick in 2001, I spent two years as a Wylie Instructor at the University of Utah, and three years as a Simons Instructor at the University of Stony Brook.

Research: My research establishes links between algebraic geometry and representation theory using techniques from geometric invariant theory, toric geometry, quiver representations and derived categories. My research is supported by the EPSRC.
