The UK MHD Meeting 2005 will be held at the Department of Mathematical Sciences in the School of Engineering, Computer Science and Mathematics, Streatham Campus, University of Exeter. The session on Thursday will start at 10 am. Between 9 am and 10 am registration will take place in room B93, on the 9th Floor of the Laver Building. Coffee will be available then. The talks will be given in lecture theatre LT6. Data projector and OHP facilities will be available. We expect the meeting to finish by 5pm at the latest on Friday 27th May. The programme will consist mainly of twenty minute talks, with five minutes for discussion. There will also be a poster session, as well as opportunities to discuss posters during the tea and coffee breaks. LUNCHEON arrangements: there is a large pub about 15 minutes (energetic!) walk away from the Laver building where lunch can be purchased, but we can also provide a buffet lunch at £4 per head per day in the Laver building. If you want to take up the buffet lunch option, please check the appropriate box in the registration form. There will be a small REGISTRATION FEE of £10, which will cover tea, coffee and administrative costs. There will as always be a CONFERENCE DINNER, held in Reed Hall on the Thursday night. The cost of the dinner will be £25 including wines. Please indicate whether you prefer red or white wine on the registration form! The main course will be roast venison, or a vegetarian option. ACCOMMODATION: the organisers cannot undertake to arrange accommodation, but there is a wide range of Bed and Breakfast and hotel accommodation available in the City. We have gathered together some accommodation notes, which show approximate distances from the Laver Building. REGISTRATION: Please complete the form on the registration page. We can accept further registrations up to 6 May 2005, and we can accept posters as well up to 6 May 2005. We cannot accept any more oral talks. PAYMENTS: You can either pay in advance (the preferred option!) by adding up the amount due (registration fee plus conference dinner (if required) plus lunches (if required)) and sending a cheque payable to the University of Exeter to Heather Crispin, Dept of Mathematical Sciences, Laver Building, North Park Road, EXETER EX4 4QE, or alternatively you can pay at the registration desk on arrival.
