All lectures will be in room 116 of the Mathematics and Statistics Building (ground floor) and the coffee breaks will also be on this floor (in the Quiet Study Room).

The programme for the two weeks can be found here.

As you can see from the programme, we will have colloquium style talks later in the afternoon too. They are:

On Sunday the 22nd of July, we have arranged an excursion to Balmaha, on the shores of Loch Lomond. A bus will take us there, departing at 10am from the main gates of the university (labelled A21 on the map). The returning bus will depart Balmaha at 3.30pm from the main carpark. There will be an organizied hike up Conic hill, where there are beautiful views of Loch Lomond, and Ben Lomond. If you do not want to go on the hike there is a cafe/pub in Balmaha, and a park on the loch shore where you can sit to discuss maths all day.

Saturday the 21st of July is free, but you will find plenty to do in Glasgow. Alternatively if you are more adventurous, you can catch a bus/train further north to explore some of the highlands (if you want suggestions please ask me!).

If you have any other photos you would like to share here, please just send them to Gwyn Bellamy.
