Travel to Arran
Travel to Arran from Glasgow is relatively easy. However, the last
ferry from Ardrossan to Arran leaves at 18.00, which means you need
to aim to arrive at Glasgow or Prestwick airport by about 15.30
to be reasonably sure of making the train/ferry connections. If
this is impossible then if you can come on Saturday 21st we can
arrange some accommodation in Glasgow for that night, enabling you
to travel on to Arran on the 22nd.
When your flights have been booked, please let us know the details
and if we are able to meet you we will. If you have any specific
queries please contact Claire
<c.gilson@maths.gla.ac.uk>.
