James Rawson
I am a Post-Doctoral Research Associate at the University of Glasgow, working with Damián Gvirtz-Chen. Previously, I was a PhD student at the University of Warwick under the supervision of Samir Siksek.
My research interests are at the intersection of number theory and algebraic geometry (arithmetic geometry). More precisely, I'm interested in low degree points on curves and their arithmetic properties (such as Galois group) as well as rational points on higher dimensional varieties. I am also interested in questions connecting to computational number theory, modular curves and algebraic cycles.
My email is james[dot]rawson@glasgow.ac.uk
